Dark Fortress - Working On New Album |

Dark Fortress have successfully finished the vocal recordings for their new album. At the moment guitarist V. Santura is working on the mix.
We hereby would like to seize the opportunity to clarify two things:
1. Our new frontman Morean is not the singer, but the guitarist of the band Noneuclid! The vocal styles of Noneuclid and Dark Fortress are actually quite different.
2. The forthcoming album, which initially was entitled "Scum", is now named "Eidolon". The musical compositions remained, but new lyrics and vocal lines have been written and arranged. "Eidolon" is a concept album which in its nine chapters describes the initiation, dehumanization and unearthly rebirth of a transcending soul by mirror magic and astral projection.
Furthermore, Dark Fortress are confirmed for Metalcamp Festival 2008 (04.-06. July 08) in Tolmin, Slovenia.

I just discovered this band, I like them, I hope that this album has a similar sound to the last album

Definetly, Seance was definetly one of their stronger releases as was stab wounds IMO. Lets just hope.
