Yeah I've never had anything that's helped, but I'll give both of those a go next time. I get 1-3 a year and they are totally debilitating. I was down for the count all weekend.

Never had a migraine but I occasionally use those compression headwraps. Shockingly works for an As-Seen-On-TV product, especially when ice cold.
