Paradox - Unveil New Album Cover Artwork
Thrashers Paradox have unveiled the cover art that will grace their forthcoming opus Tales Of The Weird, which was created by Claudio Bergamin. Check it out below. You can expect the album to hit stores on December 14th via AFM Records. Tales Of The Weird will also include guest appearances by Bob Katsionis (Firewind) and Gus Drax (Sunburst).

Paradox - Part Ways With Guitarist, Working On New Album
German thrash metallers Paradox have parted ways with guitarist Gus Drax. The band posted the following on their MySpace page: "We would like to announce you that after 2 years of working together with Gus Drax, we decided to go separate ways due to personal reasons. We wish Gus all the best. Paradox are still working on their next album which will be out in Summer 2012."

Paradox - Cancel All Live Activities
In a rather short update on the band's MySpace blog, Paradox main man Charly Steinhauer has issued the following message:
"Paradox be forced to cancel all live activities in the future. I´m still writing new material to release one more record for my loyal fans in 2011 via AFM-Records."
The band was set to appear on the following festivals: ProgPower USA XI, Metal Assault Festival and Eindhoven Metal Meeting.

"We are sorry to inform you, that we had to split with Kai Pasemann (guitar) and Roland Jahoda (drums). We had no choice, because we found out we have a different view on how to reach our goals. We thank Kai & Roland for the years they stayed with us and wish them all the best in their future!
Skilled lead guitarists and drummers, who want to work with us professionally on a long term contact us at paradoxbangers aol com.
In February 2011 we plan to release our new album for the 25th anniversary of the band. Paradox is still alive!"

Paradox - New Album Cover Art Revealed And New Song Online
German metallers Paradox have revealed the cover artwork for their forthcoming album, entitled "Riot Squad". The cover artwork was once again created by Claudio Bergamin.
"Riot Squad" was produced by Charly Steinhauer and it was mixed and mastered by Achim Köhler. It contains "10 crystal-clear and powerful sounding thrashers full of energy, speed, melody and originality" according to a press release. "Riot Squad" is scheduled for release on October 16 via AFM Records.
Also "Hollow Peace", a brand new song from "Riot Squad", is available for streaming at the band's MySpace page.

The phase of composing is over and finest thrashmetal songs like "Hollow Peace", "Dream Hero", "Rise In Rank", "Nothingness", "Psychofficial", "Timegrain", "Planet Terror", "Evolution Reset" are already partly recorded."
The band´s coverversion of Tankard´s "Zombie Attack" can be heard at this location.
