Toxik - Drummer Jason Bittner Leaves, Joins Flotsam & Jetsam
American thrashers Toxik have announced the departure of their drummer Jason Bittner. He just joined fellow Americans Flotsam & Jetsam. Bittner joins the veteran Arizona metallers as the replacement for Kelly Smith, who recently left the band to focus on family matters.

Toxik - New Guitarist Announced
Veteran thrashers Toxik have recently recruited Ralph Santolla (ex-Death, Obituary, Deicide) as their new second guitarist. The reformed Toxik is also well into the recording sessions for a currently untitled follow-up to 1989's Think This with a projected release date of late fall 2013. Further details regarding album details and live actions will be revealed in the coming months.

Toxik - Reveal Snippet Of New Song
American technical thrashers Toxik have released a snippet of their first recorded song in twenty-four years. The song is a rough pre-mix demo without vocals of "Crooked Crosses", which is available for streaming using the Soundcloud widget below, off the as-yet-untitled follow-up to 1989's Think This and the band's comeback. You can expect to know more about the album in the coming weeks. For now, you can have a foretaste of things to come.

Toxik - Announce Reunion, Plan To Record New Material
According to Bravewords, American thrash metal veterans Toxik are reuniting for the second time in their career. The reformation will feature original members Josh Christian and Mike Sanders, as well as former bass player, Brian Bonini, although they are currently searching for a drummer due to the refusal of Tad Leger to take part.

Toxik - DVD Release Details
80's American Thrash band Toxik has announced the release of a DVD, Think Again. The DVD will be available on August 20th. All details are available here.
The Think Again DVD will contain a lot of back-in-the-days material, such as interviews, live shows, and pictures. Here is an excerpt from the post by Tad (drummer, 1986-1992): "The main feature is a 1989 headlining set from the Paramount Theater in Toxik's hometown of Peekskill, NY. This performance came shortly after the release of World Circus and the energy level of the band is truly at it's peak for Toxik's 1st headlining show. The set contains all the tracks from World Circus & an early version of "Spontaneous" that appeared on our 2nd album Think This." The DVD will also contain some new footage as well.
