The Swedes Wolf have confirmed the cancellation of the 2022 European tour with their fellow countrymen Grand Magus. Concurrently, the heavy metal quartet have revealed that the work on their ninth full length instalment is almost completed.

Wolf on tour cancellation: "First we have to regret to inform you that Grand Magus have made the difficult decision to cancel the tour scheduled for March/April 2022, due to the situation around Covid. This means of course that Wolf as special guests is not happening. We are really sorry about this and we were so looking forward to see you, but we have to respect our fellow metallers in Grand Magus in these difficult times. Again, we are very sorry for you who have planned to go to see the show and for you who have bought tickets for it."

The band on the upcoming studio release: ''We do have some good news for you though. The next Wolf album is almost done recording and mixing is already happening. And best of all, it is now scheduled earlier than originally planned, so it will hit the market in early 2022. We will give you more information as soon as news get official. The album artwork is done, and we don't think you will be disappointed. Maybe you can guess who the artist is? And yes, there will be vinyl. Looking forward to see you on the road in 2022!"
