"Like Father, Like Son", the first single from Rotting Christ's upcoming studio record Pro Xristoy, has premiered in the form of an official music video. The new outing comes out on May 24th.

Fortunately, the music seems better than the song titles! Ok, absolutely nothing new, still the same format but the sound and guitar mix is the best they have ever had. Now I am looking forward the rest of the album.

OK, it has less "FIRE" and "DESIRE" than other songs. However, still the same 3 melodies as the past 20 years. Even Adam Sandler makes a different movie now and then, come on.

Rotting Christ by the numbers. I'd really like them to throw some black metal into the sound as they used to do back in the day, just to spice things up a bit. However, at this point in their career I think it's very unlikely to happen.

I think that's what we all expected from Rotting Christ more or less,same recycled melodies and riffs but I have to admit I did enjoy it more than I expected,I think at this point people should stop expecting them to change their style again after so many years, Sakis has found a formula that works very good.At the end of the day people are buying their albums and they are selling tickets well too.

I love RC and I am excited for the new album. I enjoyed this song, I would say very similar style to Sakis Tolis solo album. In the bridge you can find "My Salvation" riff. The formula works, but I would like to see some fresh riffs, too.

I enjoyed the song. Rotting Christ is in a very good place, musically. I think the material they've been putting out in recent years are fantastic. Though it would be nice to hear more harsh black metal vocals.
