very simple question my picks are "not another teen movie" and "dumb and dumber". the first's funny from beginning to end, and one of the only times i ever almost fell off the seat laughing was during the prom song damn i start laughing even now when i think about it
dumb and dumber is my no.2 spot, i saw it about 4 times now and i don't wanna quit.. the scene when they get the make-over is stupendously funny..
Joe Dirt and Dumb and Dumber are mine. Dumb and Dumber is just hilarious from start to finish Jim Carrey at his best in a comedy role. Finally, the Wayne's World movies, rock all the way. Hey hang on, I think a wierd naked Indian has just passed my door, must dash!
Dumber and dumber rocks! I loved the scene where Harry takes a shit at the girl's house That has made me laugh every time. And Wayne's World is just classic, both of them. "Wayne's World, Wayne's World! Party time! Excellent!!"
Dumb and dumber is really nice. The best moment was there he was dreaming and got wrong the truck's light with the girl's boobs. I think it's the best Carey appearance, of course after Liar Liar..
One of the funniest moments in my life was the Scary Movie II, mocking of exorcist.. I laughed so hard there. Scary Movies have some great moments but this one is extraordinary.
Black cat, white cat - Emir Kusturica
Brutti, Sporchi e Cattivi - Ettore Scola
Attack of The Killer Tomatoes - John de Bello (the movies is so stupid that's actually funny)
As said before Monty Python, Kevin Smith and Guy Ritchie's movies too (in snatch i kept laughing to the dog who swallowed the toy...hehehe)

"May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you are dead"
Classic comedy movie! Leslie Nielsen rocks You ever watch a movie with him called Wrongfully Accused? It's great, but I've had a hard trouble finding it.
---- love is like a jar of shit with a strawberry on top
That's the first one that comes to mind. I like comedies but I tend to forget them really quickly and it's very hard to make a memorable comedy. Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead are also among the exceptions. The Room also, although it wasn't intended as a comedy (surprisingly).
Monty Python's Life of Brian
Shaun of the Dead
Clerks
Clerks 2
Anchorman
Napolean Dynamite
Snatch
Paranormal Activity.
The Yes Man
Liar Liar
Still Crazy
Wayne's World
Scott Pilgrim vs The World
The Princess' Bride
Zoolander
Tropic Thunder

When God made up the golden rule, do you think he noticed that it condones rape?
The Room also, although it wasn't intended as a comedy (surprisingly).
same case with me with about 90% of all horror movies, especially during the latest years. the shittiness of some of those films is stunning. among my favorite was "The Midnight Meat Train".
also, something not everyone has seen but should try: Les Visiteurs. if you're a fluent French speaker it's even funnier.
Oh, I forgot Troll 2, a film about vegetarian goblins who turn people into trees and who can be killed with a sandwich. Simply lovely, legendary stuff.
