It is a shame that Black Sites have been sort of flying under the radar, what with all this retro / revivalist / rehashing surge of traditional heavy metal. Maybe the reason is that they are not so traditional and simple-sounding. Could it be that they are not ‘true’ enough? Could it be that they are ‘untrue’?

I reviewed a lot of albums in 2019, but there are also a lot of albums that I wanted to review but didn't find the time and energy to do so. What a better Christmas gift for those than to review as many of those as I can. Let's start with Black Sites.
