@ Boxcar: I do suffer from migraine. The frequency varies and I've learned that the most important trigger for me is to have too much of carbohydritase, especially things like sugar and white bread/ rice.
Yeah I've never had anything that's helped, but I'll give both of those a go next time. I get 1-3 a year and they are totally debilitating. I was down for the count all weekend.
