Helloween - Ink Deal With Reigning Phoenix Music

German power metal legends Helloween recently announced that they have signed with Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM) for the release of the follow-up to their 2021 self-titled album, which saw the return of frontman Michael Kiske and original guitarist/frontman Kai Hansen. The band plans to enter the studio this summer to begin recording their new record, with an intended 2025 release date.

RPM comments: "It is a true milestone for Reigning Phoenix Music to welcome Helloween to our family of artists. Helloween are not just a band, they epitomize the energy and passion of power metal. Their music has inspired generations, and we are proud to collaborate in order to reach new heights."

Helloween frontman Andi Deris adds: "Sven Bogner and his team have convinced us with their ideas and enthusiasm. They live and love metal, and this is what connects us. We look forward to be working with them!"

People really care about videos (anymore)?

I hope the next album will be a lot better than the previous one. Skyfall is the only song that I really, really like on that album.

In general, probably not, but as long as they are released, I want them to be watchable...for example, Rammstein has more interesting videos than music imo

I have never paid much attention to videos. You are right, a cringy video can ruin otherwise a good song. In the past it could even ruin a musician's career (like the Billy Squier case).

No offence, but I don't think you have the slightest idea what Reigning Phoenix Music even is.
RPM's heads are the former CEO of Nuclear Blast America, and the former managing director of AFM Records and founder of Soulfood Music Distribution (Massacre Records, Frontiers Records, AFM, Cyclone Empire...). Although their new company has only been around for a few months, they have already signed really big names like Amorphis, Opeth, Deicide and Meshuggah, to name but a few. In addition, Atomic Fire Records ( Angra, Epica, U.D.O., Sonata Arctica and whatnot) has been integrated into the RPM family two months ago, along with their sub-label Fireflash Records.

If that doesn't sound like an up-and-coming label in mainstream metal, I don't know what is.
