Avantasia is coming to Wacken '08? What the.. I'm definitely going to be there!

I asked my dad if he wanted to go to Wacken with me, and said that it would be cool since im graduating High School this year. He said we may be able to go! IRON MAIDEN!! COB!!! SONATA ARCTICA!!! AVANTASIA!!! KREATOR!!! Thats only 5 bands so far!

Sure! We should do that. I'm really hoping they will come. There are only a few bands announced yet, so it's still possible.

I should be here, but its so far away you can never tell
none of the bands make me jump up for joy so much yet although I would LOVE to see Iron Maiden live. just at Wacken I doubt I'll get anywhere where I can actually see them..
already seen Children Of Bodom - no big deal there, saw Kreator two times this year already, not interested in Sonata Arctica - Avantasia will be good though

still.. I should be there but lets not get too excited about it all yet - it's still a year away

this looks damn well...but it is quite far from my home and the prize of 109 euro seems actually too high for my wallet...and that i dont count the other expenses connected with traveling abroad...

I'm giving serious thoughts on this...

I read on a website somewhere, I can't remember which one, that Akercocke is being added to the Wacken line-up. Well, I really hope that is true.

even with only a few bands announced so far it is clear this will be the biggest Wacken yet....

Hehe, yeah, I agree. Last year I didn't have anytime at all to go to the beergarden hehe . Well, now I at least have an extra hour at the beergarden next year .

mmmh Carcass, Kreator, At the Gates, Crematory and even Hatebreed and KSE... I really want to go now !!! hope their will be big death metal bands huhu, Bolt Thrower why not... hope Necrophagist ... and so many ! Wacken will be interesting this year I think ! CARCASS RAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
