Letting them Fall by Abominable Putridity always gets stuck in my head, particularly the 26-ish second mark.

I had Death's Crystal Mountain in my head for weeks when I'd first listened to it. Halford's Resurrection and Phantom Antichrist as well.

Catchiest song for me is The Smoke by Amorphis, the riff is insanely memorable, and the chorus is epic. The verses are also very catchy. Extremely awesome song.
