01.07.2012 - 01:38 It seems that the oriental infused Metal/Rock movement has got it's own following now, people searching for that warm Oriental/Arabian feeling and enchanting melodies, and that's not really strange since this fusion led to innovation and widened the spectrum of the aforementioned genres with bands like Orphaned Land and Myrath giving birth to masterpieces that rocked the world of many music enthusiasts. Now that The band hails from Beirut,Lebanon and has earned their local reputation because of their awesome live performances and last year they debuted with Beauty & The East, an emotional sonic journey that is both brilliant and captivating, and even revolutionary to a certain extent. Some great stuff has been said about those guys and awesome reviews have been written making them one of the rising stars in the mid-eastern rock scene You can stream the whole album from their Facebook page.

Yeah The Kordz is pretty much the best rock\grunge\alternative band from the Middle east in my opinion. I feel like there is an AiC touch in their music. Enjoy: PS: Thanks for starting this thread

Can't think of any band from the region that reaches their level, hopefully I'll see them live one day

Deeper In is also great. The great thing about it is that although it's a long album it doesn't lose it's charm towards the end. P.S: just realized, the Rock forum is kinda DEAD
