From Thunder Bay. I've been flying lots for work in the USA, but I drive across the border and fly out of Minneapolis to save $$. Even still, the cheapest flight I had was $200. (MSP to St. Louis)

it's hard to find the motivation to add a 4th festival to the list, I did go to Resurrection last year which was cool (and absolutely stunning location and people) but can't do it every year

When I raced in Italy my flight was only $1200, but that was in 2021 with Covid still lingering. It was sweet, I had an entire row to myself on the way back.

I am never saying never, Wacken has a special place in my heart, but life happens and it's not easy to reconcile everything, especially when I have BA just 1 hour away from me

Too bad Wacken is no longer on your list, Valentin. Would be nice to have a proper beer on the old times one day. WOA is unfortunately the only festival I can reliably go to every year.
