If a relevant album is missing, it can mean three things: I've forgotten about it (shame on me, I'll add it), I don't know it (I'll go listen to it) and last, but obviously I don't like that band/album.
I added small comments for the bands not on MS.

Looking at the list you realise how great US power metal is. There's some on your list that i've missed that I need to check out, never heard of Psyco Drama, Eternal Ryte, Axiom, Arcane, Phantom Blue.
Some albums I would add to the list:
Absolute classics:
Jag Panzer (Ample Destruction)
Lizzy Borden (Love You to Pieces)
Shok Paris (Steel and Starlight)
Pharaoh (The Longest Night)
Leatherwolf (s/t 1987, Street Ready)
Warlord (And the Cannons of Destruction Have Begun...)
Virgin Steele (Guardians of the Flame)
Cloven Hoof (A Sultan's Ransom (Not US but it's most definitely USPM))
Chastain (The 7th of Never)
Obscure but great stuff:
Prodigy (As Darkness Reigns)
Alias (Metal to Infinity)
Zions Abyss (Tales)
Apollo Ra (Ra Pariah)
Not essential but great:
Banshee (Race Against Time)
Kamelot (Eternity, Dominion)
Warrior (Fightning for the Earth)
Heretic (Breaking Point)
Halloween (Don't Metal With Evil, Vicious Demo)

Everything's twice as bright with money in your hands
^ I know 5 albums you mention there, mad at myself for forgetting about Warlord. I will add them to the list.
Chastain is a consistently great to good band, I just picked one of their albums, I could have easily put half of their discography in there.
Pre-Roy Khan Kamelot is terrible IMO.
Oh, and Virgin Steele doe nothing for me, that's why it's not in the list.
I will add a Jag panzer album to the list as well.

Why not add a bit of cheesiness to your list Lost Horizon Maybe?
First becasue this is a US power list and Lost Horizon are Swedish, so Euro-Power.
I also do not like them, so when I make my Euro-Power list, they won't be there.
Damn it how dumb am I always thought they U.S. I am looking forward to seeing your Euro power metal list, I'm more familiar with Euro power metal, I am still relatively new to U.S. I'm enjoying most of the bands I'm discovering on your list though

Yeah, there's little Euro-Power I enjoy so I'm thinking to list the bands with comments on each of them. One way to do it.

Not that suprised though, seems to be the usual opinion when it comes to Kamelot. Lots of great material on those records IMO
It's not that it's an usual opinion, I often go against that (I even made a list about that), but this time I agree. It's also one of those cases the music is ruined by a bad vocal performance.

Have you listened to Twisted Tower Dire demos?
Hail Northern Virginia from 1996 and Triumphing True Metal from 1997
"Beyond the Gate" from the second demo might be in the top 10 best uspm tracks ever.
I don't know the demos, thanks for posting.
