I agree many things in Baltic states are more expensive now as in Sweden. Dinner, beer, sorry I better eat here and drink at home, Its cheaper. But not all
Tha gap was huge when I came here. Now it is not so big and if anything I would say it's cheaper in UK than in Poland. During last visit I found out that fuel was cheaper here, bread, eggs, milk too
I prefer Romania for now because I earn well enough, and things are still cheap compared to Western Europe. The only reason I'd move is if some far right party got into power or to catch more concerts.

Miasma, the debut full-length from the Warsaw-based sextet ROSK is a prime example of post-black metal done right. We get a decent dose of emotions with excellent centering between clean & harsh vocals. Of course, there is no lack of heavier parts and tremolo picking guitars. Everybody will find something to enjoy. This is just another proof that Polish metal is currently at the top.
Very good stuff from the first couple of listens. Thanks Paz for pointing them out. But seriously... is there something in Poland's water? I mean what the fuck?

I sense a bit of patriotism in this pick.
You clearly don't know me... I'm biased for as long as I can remember.
Could be interesting to know why you think it a prime done right. I found in more post sound then black. Less black then in Anomalie or Harakiri etcetc... or not?!

You're right. The bands you've mentioned are more black metal oriented and also very melodic. Post-metal is just a small touch of their sound. That's why I prefer this band, where those two genres are way better balanced.

I've never been a first pressing Patriot or something, but I must say - this is a "typical Poland's specificity" - small and provincial "3rd world" country without knowledge of how to make anything good. But if something going on here, the whole world speak about us
